Biodiversity of Himachal Pradesh (Microbial, Floristic, Faunal and Genetic Diversity)

The report gives an account Biodiversity of Himachal Pradesh. It contains          four sections:

1)     Microbial Diversity: This section is compiled by Prof. T.N. Lakhanpal, Monika Rana, Dr. J.R. Sharma and Prof. S.K. Sood. It documents the various facets of microbial diversity in the state.

2)     Floristic Diversity: This section contains documentation of floral diversity in the state and this documentation has been done by Dr. Vaneet Jishtu, Dr. S.P. Subramani, Dr. K.S. Kapoor, Prof. S.K. Sood and Prof. T.N. Lakhanpal.

3)     Faunal Diversity: This section is compiled by Dr. V.K. Mattu, Dr. Neelam Mattu, Sh. M.L. Thakur. It highlights the faunal diversity in the state.

4)     Genetic Diversity: This section pertains to Genetic Diversity and has been compiled by Dr. J.C. Rana, Prof. S.K. Sood and Prof. T.N. Lakhanpal.
